Billing & refunds

Last updated September 21, 2026.

Premium covers one company profile and its authorized team, without additional seat charges. Company-specific permissions still govern editing, analytics and billing.

Prices and renewal

  • Monthly: $19.99 USD, charged each month until renewal is canceled.
  • Annual: $199.99 USD, charged each year until renewal is canceled. This saves $39.89 compared with twelve monthly payments.

Prices exclude applicable sales tax. Review the final total and recurring interval in Stripe Checkout before subscribing. Payment details are entered on Stripe's hosted pages. A paid subscription starts when purchased, including if you choose to subscribe during a free trial; unused trial days do not postpone the paid start date.

Free and Premium features

Free includes basic company information, logo, website, claiming, ordinary relationship submissions and corrections, maps and authorized basic 30-day analytics. Validation and abuse controls apply to contributions.

Premium adds a cover image, expanded description, service areas, up to ten enhanced relationship case studies, three pinned relationships on the company's own profile, detailed analytics and CSV exports. It does not purchase evidence verification or control of another company's content.

No-card trial

Each company may start one 30-day Premium trial without a card. It does not automatically charge or renew. Unless you separately subscribe, access returns to Free when the original trial ends. Repeated requests or changing company owners do not restart the trial.

Cancel renewal

Open My account → My companies & invitations → Company billing → Manage billing in Stripe and cancel renewal. You must have billing permission for that company. Premium remains available through the paid period, then the company returns to Free. If an interval change is pending, remove that change first to open Stripe management. If you cannot access these controls, contact billing support below for assistance.

Cancellation stops future renewal; it is separate from a refund request. The site updates after it checks Stripe's current state, so changes may not appear immediately.

Refunds

A full refund is available when requested within fourteen days of the first paid purchase. Later requests are reviewed individually, and legally required refunds are honored. Email billing support with the company name and invoice reference. A full subscription refund ends paid Premium access. Do not send full card details.

Change monthly or annual billing

An eligible active, renewing paid subscription can schedule the other interval from Company billing. The new price takes effect at the next renewal, honoring the current paid period without an immediate charge or mid-period proration. The page displays the date and price. You can remove the pending change before renewal; a change already applied cannot be undone retroactively by removing its schedule.

Failed renewal and returning to Free

A failed renewal has a seven-day grace period measured from the end of the last paid period, during which Premium stays available. Update your payment method in Stripe. If payment remains unresolved after grace ends, access returns to Free. An unsuccessful first payment does not grant paid access.

When Premium ends, enhanced presentation is hidden and saved content is retained for restoration with active access. Basic profiles, relationships, sources and retained analytics remain. No minimum amount of traffic, leads or business outcomes is guaranteed.
