WhoUsesThat is a directory of sourced and community-submitted business relationships. These terms describe the conditions for using its accounts, contributions and company tools. Our privacy notice explains data handling; the billing policy explains Premium purchases.

Accounts and authority

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Company management requires an approved claim or valid team membership. Do not impersonate a company or claim authority you do not have. Membership and permissions may be revoked when authority ends or misuse is found.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, send spam, manipulate analytics, upload malicious files or publish unlawful, misleading, harassing or confidential material. Respect other people's privacy and intellectual property. We may restrict accounts or content to address abuse, security risks, inaccurate records or rights concerns.

Contributions and company content

Follow the contribution policy. You remain responsible for the material you submit and for having the rights needed to share it. Submission gives WhoUsesThat permission to store, display and format that material for the service. Directory facts, sources, other people's contributions and independent corrections are not controlled by purchasing Premium or claiming a profile.

Directory limitations

Records may be incomplete, out of date, disputed or limited to a particular project or department. We do not guarantee accuracy, continued use, availability of third-party sources or business results. Evaluate the evidence and scope and make your own checks before relying on a listing. External websites operate under their own terms.

Availability and changes

Features may be unavailable during maintenance, outages or security response. We may update these terms and show the revision date. Material changes to paid offerings or data practices will require appropriate notice before taking effect. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Closing an account or resolving a concern

Contact us for account closure, access problems, rights complaints or disputes about site content. Cancel paid renewal separately through company billing or request billing assistance. Account closure does not automatically erase public business facts, shared records or information that must be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
