Dematic reports that UNILAB implemented a new split-case order fulfilment system at its Laguna distribution centre in the Philippines with Dematic and local partner Prime Sales, enabling around 90% of transactions to be fulfilled using paperless picking technologies including Pick-to-Light and wireless mobile terminals. A Dematic warehouse control system controls the pick-to-light, wireless terminals and conveying system and interfaces with UNILAB's SAP system.
